We at The Veslix Cap are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We only ship within the Philippines. Orders from outside the Philippines cannot be fulfilled at this time.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery and pick-up options:

LBC Shipping

You can choose between:

  1. Branch Pick-Up – Your order will be delivered to your selected LBC branch for pickup at your convenience.

  2. Door-to-Door Delivery – Your order will be delivered directly to your address.

Store Pick-Up

  • You may opt to pick up your order directly at The Veslix Cap store location.

  • Pick-up times will be coordinated via email or phone SMS once your order is ready. Or send us a message via The Veslix Cap Facebook Page and send your order confirmation and communicate your time and date of Pick-Up.

 

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fee is NOT included at checkout.
Customers choosing LBC Branch Pick-Up or Door-to-Door agree to pay the shipping fee directly to LBC upon pickup or delivery.

  • All shipping fees are 100% covered by the customer.

  • The cost will be calculated at checkout based on your selected courier and delivery option.

  • Free shipping promotions, if any, are only valid during promotional campaigns and will be clearly indicated.

4. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Pre-orders or items on backorder may take longer (please refer to our Pre-Order Policy).

  • Processing times do not include delivery times.

5. Risk & Delivery

  • Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged items caused by the courier.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • You may track your order through LBC or Lalamove using the tracking information provided.
