We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, or you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display product details, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, limit, or discontinue any product without notice

  • Limit quantities sold per order or per customer

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Stock limitations

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

5. Pre-Order Policy

Some products sold by The Veslix Cap are offered on a PRE-ORDER BASIS.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

Pre-Order Processing & Delays

  • Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase and require production or sourcing.

  • Estimated release and shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Delays may occur due to production timelines, supplier delays, customs clearance, courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • The Veslix Cap is NOT responsible for any delays related to pre-orders.

  • Delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, chargebacks, or cancellations.

No Changes or Cancellations

  • Once a pre-order is placed and confirmed, it CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled.

  • This includes changes to:

    • Size

    • Color

    • Design

    • Quantity

    • Shipping details (once processing begins)

  • All pre-order purchases are FINAL SALE.

Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.

  • By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of delays and agree to wait for fulfillment.

6. No Refund & No Return Policy

All sales made through The Veslix Cap are FINAL.

We do NOT offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only. 

Shipping fee is NOT included at checkout.
Customers choosing LBC Branch Pick-Up or Door-to-Door agree to pay the shipping fee directly to LBC upon pickup or delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Force majeure or events beyond our control

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier.

8. Customer Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, text, product names, and branding, is the exclusive property of The Veslix Cap.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Veslix Cap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
